Dear Students,

As the start of the 2024-2025 Fall Semester approaches, we wish you a very successful and vibrant new academic year.

Please find the list of courses provided by the IR Department this semester and the weekly schedule.

Please note that on the first day of registrations, registration to elective undergraduate courses offered by the IR Department will be conducted as follows:

25 September, Wednesday

From 9:00 to 12:00           IR students should register for the elective courses offered to their registered years ONLY. In line with the Registrar’s announcement mentioned above, 4th years’ registrations will start at 9:00, 3rd years’ at 10:00, and 2nd years’ at 11:00. Please note that courses which will be registered in breach of this rule due to any unforeseeable reason will be dropped by the Department.  

From 12:00 to 14:00         IR students will be able to register for the IR courses offered for the years below and above (depending on the preferences of the course instructors).

After 14:00                       IR elective courses will be open for the registration of students from other departments (depending on the preferences of the course instructors).  

Course capacity will be defined as 50 students for each elective course, while maximum 5 of this capacity will be reserved for non-IR students in separate sections (Section 2 of each course) on demand of the course instructors. 

Please consult with your student advisor with all your other inquiries about the registrations, and do not forget to request and get the APPROVAL OF YOUR ADVISOR online in order to finalize your registration process properly.
