Course ContentThis course aims to introduce exchange students at METU to the main characteristics of contemporary Turkish politics, policies and society by offering the chance to explore actors and institutions involved. In this light, the objective is to help students contextualize and deepen their knowledge on Turkey. By the end of the course, students are expected to be able to demonstrate knowledge of Turkish politics, policies and society and to identify international and domestic factors behind change and continuity in Turkey.
